It is with regret that it has been decided to cancel the Rotary Kite Festival for 2013. A full explanation is given in the attached press release - 2013 Kite Festival – Press Release. It is sincerely hoped that this event will happen again in 2014 at the Imperial Recreation Ground, Exmouth providing the site is suitable after works this year and that sponsors come forward. People interested in the Kite Festival might also enjoy Tiverton Balloon Festival
